Well my baby is a chatter! Shes recently found her voice, literally... she likes to SCREAM... so high that the dogs come running! Sometimes she screams just to hear herself and then smiles. Payback, i know! Even Ava gets a good laugh out of the ridiculousness of it all! When she falls asleep she likes to "complain" and tells me all her problems and then slowly drifts off to sleep. Possibly the cutest thing ever. And of course i got some video action for you all!

So as many of you know, i have the privilege to be at stay at home mom! And i LOVE it! Well some days it gets kinda boring, especially when emma is napping for an hour or so.... well today she and i were laying on the ground playing w/ toys... and i got a great idea! Lets paint toe nails! It was pretty difficult with a moving target... but for the most part, she held pretty still!

So we finally blessed lil miss em!!! Thank you SO much for everyone who came down! im glad we finally got a sunday where you all could be there! It means so much to us that you all traveled and made time for us!! We love seeing you all! 

we were so lucky to be able to bless emma and ava on the same day!!! Now if these girls arent BFF someday... i dunno WHAT we will do! hahaha!

My Husband ROCKS!!!

So as many of you know.. i have a gall stone.. yes i know sad news. and w/o insurance.. i cant get the thing out.. so i cant eat.. fries foods, greasy foods, super spicy foods, red meats... basically everyhting delicious, and everything i ate constantly!






So kelly and i have been eating chicken non-stop. Poor guy, i know. Well the other day he decided to make me dinner to show me how good chicken can be! It was delicious! So good! He is SUCH an amazing man, and i dont think i tell him enough! He is so good to me and helps out around the house, helps with emma constantly! all without me having to be that nagging annoying wife! I owe him SO much for putting up with my moods while pregnant. i was insane.. literally, dang hormones! But he would still rub my feet or my back! Constantly bring me water or anything i wanted! If i were him, i would have told me to go to hell! But he didnt! He is so nice, kind, and amazingly sexy(sorry mom, but its true!) i could seriously sit here all day and talk about how amazing he is! i truly love this man and im THE luckiest girl to have him as my husband! emma is so lucky to have him as a father! He is an amazing father and loves her SO much! To wake up every morning with her on my left, and him on my right.... i just cant believe how blessed i am!! i dont know how it happened, how we ended up together, but it was SO meant to be there was no way around it... as much as we tried ( before we were dating, i had a boyfriend at the time, kelly tiffany and i went to go get sodas... i was in the front and kelly was driving.. we both reached for the saem drink at the same time.. our hands touched... and we both got kinda awkward... tiff died laughing of course!)

Dating him was SO fun! He was so cute and so sweet! We use to hold hands under the blankets so no one knew.. He is SO romantic! I LOVE KELLY J MORRISON! and i can not say it enough!

So thank you kelly for all you do for Emma and I! You rock! And WE LOVE YOU!!!

So in my family ( sorry all these posts are about my family... shout out to the Morrisons!!!) anywho... we have favorite blankets... that we call ... "dias" (pronounced... D-AH) These blankets are LIFE savers, not all of us take to them, but im not gonna lie i still have mine and craved it badly while i was in labor. When your i pain, or afraid or anything... dia cures it all! well Little Miss Emma....... drum roll please....... has adopted her first DIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!










i am so porud of my baby! and kelly is slowly learning the powers and magic of dias...

4th of july cont.

Another tradition of my family's is to have a Dutch Oven dinner. It is ALWAYS so deeeeeelicious! Except this year, i had to be more cautious w/ the whole gallbladder thing! Never realized how greasy things are until you cant have them! haha!

For being the self proclaimed "most intelligent" one of our family... i think this is pretty stupid....
Ok so one afternoon kelly and i had lunch at chilis, we were leaving and saw a ton of cops and traffic... this is what we found... a billion Lambs in the middle of the road. i still have yet to figure out where they came from and where they were going! I was SO impressed by the dogs though.. have u ever seen that in action! theyre amazing! (easily entertained here! HA!)

Ok little out of order.. but i thought this was cute... kelly helping my dad dutch oven cook. Its good to see him interact and get along SO well with my family....



My lil miss emma... LOVES her papa casey! I cant even get her to smile the way he does! I figure his voice is familiar, seeing how i suffered all 9 months working in his office.. Yes i said suffer...




Is this not Grandma heaven or what!!! Shes rocking Ava in her car seat and Emma in her arms!

Lots to blog about!

So first off... we went on our first vacation w/ emma. And as previous posts show.. i packed everything!!!! But kelly and i, being first time parents, forgot a few things... including the pack n play!!! haha! Luckily no one else had left yet so my sister kindly unlocked our apartment, and my parents picked it up for us! what would we do w/o them!!!

As this picture above shows, emma was not a huge fan of traveling!! I spent pretty much the whole time in the back seat!

we even got to take a dip in Uncle Marks pool in St George! The pool was sooo warm and comfy! emma fell asleep while i was holding her!

This is how emma watched the fireworks, she slept through them! I kept her ears covered though so they wouldnt scare her awake!

Overall our Utah trip was SO fun and eventful! My family is so fun and so close its greta to spend extra time with them! Its always so sad to watch my dad and grandpa take everything down and put it all away! I can NOT wait until next year! I have a ton more pics, but quite frankly this is enough blogging for one day!!!!

Utah here we come!!!!

So we are leaving tomorrow night to head up to Kannaraville/St george/ Cedar City!!! My family goes pretty much every year to celebrate the 4th of July and to get together with family! Well i was packing for emma today and i realized what a first time mother i am!

Yep thats THE biggest suit case we have, and its stuffed, and im not even done yet! I still have stuff in the washer! hahaha! I am prepared for ANYTHING, hopefully!
