Emma Kaye 7lbs 20 inches

Well.... Miss emma decided to come on her own monday april 28th!!!! After a long hard labor i am SO glad its all over with! and So glad shes finally here i really thought it would never happen! ha! We got home yesterday and are doing SO good! So far she is a GREAT baby!!!

Induction

SO this little one is a little TO comfy. I had a doctors appointment today, i made kelly come with me and it was kinda fun? haha! I had to sit on the heartbeat monitor thing for 25 minutes, and he kept making me laugh and throwing off the machine... so we were probably there longer... anywho.. baby sounds great and my blood tests are fine! But she just doesnt wanna budge! So we're planning for an induction Wednesday! So one way or another, this baby will be here this time next week, wether she likes it or not! hahahaha! So keep your fingers crossed for us and wish us luck.. in less than a week our life will be flipped upside down! HA!

Well had yet another doctors appointment today! And all is going well. Gained NO weight! woo hoo! She had a hard time finding the heat beat she had to go pretty high, so she decided to do a quick ultrasound to make sure her head was down. And like a good girl, shes in the perfect position! Well my due date is April 20th which is SUNDAY! So the doctor said we'll make an appointment for Friday, IF i make it (that was my favorite part IF) then she'll run some tests, monitor the baby's heart rate, measure the amniotic fluid and make sure shes happy, and if all looks well and i still haven't made any progress we'll talk about INDUCTION! So one way or another, this baby is eventually gonna come out! HA! I would love it to all start today, but how fun would it be if she decided to come on her Dads birthday (april 26th)!!! How cute would that be? I have always been a daddy's girl, and my siblings will all agree i have always been dads favorite, so lately i've been shopping for "daddys princess", "daddys girl" etc... shirts, dresses anything! hahaha!! And if she has the same birthday! I would LOVE that! But i guess my opinion at this point doesnt matter, when shes ready, shes ready! So we will keep you all posted!!!

Top 5 things of pregnancy i WONT miss...

5. Having to stand OVER the toilet in the stall in order to close the door.
4. Constantly bumping my tummy into things, doors, people, walls, sinks ect...
3. Having to listen to the most RANDOM peoples horror stories about birth, even from MEN!
2. People wanting to talk about my parts DOWN THERE, no i haven't dilated and no i don't wanna hear about your DOWN THERE parts either... Lets leave those conversations for the doctor!!!
1. People asking... "No baby yet?" No people, if i had the baby i would be holding her, not hiding her under my shirt!!!

The 4 words an "xbox wife" never wants to hear.... RED RING OF DEATH!

SO for those of you who do not know, the xbox is infamous for getting whats called.. a red ring of death... the lil green flashy ring turns red on the front and your xbox is a goner. Shay recently went through this, this kellys poor brother Lane got it... and now... it has happened to us.... Kelly turned on his xbox tonight... and all i heard was "OH SH%*" i looked.. and there it was a BRIGHT RED RING.... poor kelly. i think at the time i was more bummed than he was. He bought his xbox a long ago and we thought for sure we were screwed... so kelly immediately called customer care.. and good news! hes covered. Bad news... it will take 3 to 6 weeks for them to fix it! What the heck are we gonna do for that long? talk? soend time together? how weird! ha! I tried to tell kelly, that we have the baby coming soon and he probably wont have time for it anyways... i just got a look... So to help he thought.. well lets just watch a movie or something.... then we both realized... we use the xbox as our dvd player. At that point i HAD to laugh!!! haha! So... for 3 to 6 weeks kelly and i will be watching plenty TV and maybe take up a few new hobbies... any suggestions?


Our cat, tater, is totally in love with kelly. its really disgusting how much he follows him around especially cause kelly is so rough/mean to him....

Theres an alien in my belly!!!!

So usually this little peanut inside of me stays pretty still... she moves once in awhile to get comfy.. but lately... shes been moving none stop! can ya blame her though? shes running out of room. It kind of... ok REALLY freaks me out if i think about it to much.. that there is an actual HUMAN INSIDE OF ME!!!!! ha! So i got video of this lil peanut/alien inside of me.... if it creeps you out.. dont feel bad it creeps me the hell out! HAHA!


and yes, those are my LOVELY stretch marks.. welcome to mother hood i suppose....
