SeaWorld! Its like my camera threw up on my blog!

My brother, chase, works for a hotel by Disneyland so a lot of people will have extra tickets that they didnt get to use and will give them to him as his tip (yah hes just that amazing, that people tip him so well) anywho... this time he had Sea World tickets and graciously gave them to kelly and i to take miss Emma! Saying she loved it would be an understatement... im not sure there is anything that realy scares this girl, and that scares me!



Emma slept the WHOLE way! So wehn she woke up as we were pulling in, she was a happy camper!
She called every animal a kitty! haha

Funniest weekend ever!

Steve and Mikey, our two FAVORITE people from Utah, decided to drop by and pay us a visit!!!! Kelly had no idea, and steve snuck into bed with him, it was hilarious!

i really need to blog, equals, his is gonna be a long one!

These are all SO out of order its disgusting... get over it... picture above is emma sleeping(obviously) my parents got us Disneyland Pass' for christmas, emma and i go at lease 3 times a week, and she seriously gets THE best naps there! go figure.

Wow... how thingschange...

Due to my practice post and the responses i got. I decided to actually make a post.
I guess the major thing that has just been amazing me about Emma lately, is the fact that she has CHANGED so much.
When we first had Emma, i would say the first 3-4 months... she was this little bundle of baby that we would take care of. NOW, she has this huge personality!! Which was just not so evident in the earlier months. Now she smiles, laughs, claps, and when she farts she laughs after. She knows when its a good one! Its just amazing. This Huge personality all of a sudden. Yet w/o even using words we know what she wants, how shes feeling and what she is doing with out her telling us. She is very expressive. I love it. There is nothing better.
At this point Emma is still sticking to her guns. She knows where we (her parents) fit into this crazy equation. If she wants something, she'll eventually roll into it, or we'll get it for her. We're working on not responding like trained monkeys, but its hard. She can and dose- sit and rock on her knees, and i think it is only days until she starts crawling. Anyway, that's all. I'm just so thankful for this little blessing that loves me unconditionally. When i come home, there is emma freekin' out flapping her arms like a drownding swimmer. All out of excitment to see me!!
and on the inside... i'm doing the same thing! love this girl. Time is moving way to quick.

How stella got her "bed" back

So ive made ONE mistake as a mother so far, and one out of 8 1/2 months is not to bad! I have been sharing our bed with emma since the day she came home! And it was wonderful and terrific and amazing , but she has grown a little to much, and i cant sleep at night, and our california king has felt like a twin bed the past couple months (ask kelly) So i have started a bed-time routine (a little late i know i know!) onb Tuesday. My mom gave me a great idea to start wiith nap time, a little less scary, and if shes up crying for 2 hours no one will be bothered too much! Well 45 minutes into her crying, and me about 2 steps away from her door to grab her.. she gave in! She slept all by herself! I almost cried.. she needs me that much less now :-( ANd then i got over it.. One word... F-R-E-E-D-O-M! I use to hold her the whole nap time, and have to lay next to her the WHOLE night (poor kelly...ha) SO i thought since she only took 45 minutes, night time couldnt be THAT bad.. So that night.. 1) Bath 2) Story 3) Nursing and...4) BED! She cried, and ask anyone who has seen her.. she has THE saddest face ever!!! But 20 minutes into it.. Out like a light! She woke up once at 11pm and i fed her and put her right back, she cried for less than a minute... she was out again, until 730am!!! Now if i can only relax and not wake myself up 100 times to check on her.. i could get a full nights rest! I also have a few hours during the day (nap times) and have nothing to do.. i found myself literally doing laps around my house trying to find something to clean/dust/rearrange! So im starting the Twilight book series thanks to my wonderful sister... ill keep you posted! I highly doubt ill be all drooly over it like most poeple, but hey its something to do! And yes i took a picture of emma and her first night sleeping in her very own bed, but no i dont have my camera with me! (kelly uses our laptop for work now equals me having to find someone elses computer ie..moms, dads office etc.. to blog)
